Troubleshooting The machine will not start Check • that the door is properly closed. • that the main power switch is on. • that the Delayed Start option has not been selected. To cancel Delayed Start, press the Stop button for three seconds. • that any plug is connected. • that the house fuses have not been tripped. • that the overheating cut-out has not been triggered. The machine loses all power during a program The overheating cut-off shuts off the tumble dryer if the temperature is too high, caused by lint clogging the lint filter, for instance. • Clean the lint filter. • Wait until the machine has cooled, then try starting it. If it still does not start: Call the Customer Care Center. Drying takes too long • Check that the lint filter is not blocked. See the "Care and maintenance instructions" chapter. Error messages • Read "Drying takes too long" in this chapter if "Max Program Time" appears on the display. • If "Clean Lint Filter " appears on the display, clean the lint filter. • Call the Customer Care Center if "Thermistor Fault" appears on the display. • Press the Stop button to close any error messages.
