Power Button The power button turns the Notebook PC on and off, and wakes it up from suspend mode. Press the power button once to turn on and once to turn off the Notebook PC. The power button only works when the display panel is opened. Numeric keypad (on selected models) The numeric keypad toggles between these two functions: for numeric input and as pointer direction keys. For more details, refer to the Numeric keypad section in this manual. Keyboard The keyboard provides full-sized QWERTY keys with a comfortable travel depth for typing and a palm rest for both hands. It also comes with special keyboard functions that can enable hot keys, allow quick access to Windows, and control multimedia functions. Fingerprint scanner (on selected models) This Notebook PC's built-in fingerprint scanners uses a security software that allows you to use your fingerprint as an identification key. Power Button
