3.3 ASUS Express Gate Lite ASUS Express Gate Lite is an instant-on environment that gives you quick access to web and Skype. Within a few seconds of powering on your computer, you will be at the Express Gate Lite menu where you can start the web browser, Skype, or other Express Gate Lite softwares. Installing ASUS Express Gate Lite D�u��e�t�o��c�h�i�p�s�e�t�l�im��it�a�t�io�n��, �A�S�U��S����E��x���p��r�e���s��s���G����a��t�e����L��i�t�e����s��u��p��p��o���r�t��s���U��S�B��d��e�v�ic�e�s� or SATA HDDs (IDE mode) connected to SATA port 1-4 only. Set the SATA Operation Mode item in the BIOS to [IDE] before installing and using ASUS Express Gate Lite. • Currently, ASUS Express Gate Lite DOES NOT support PATA IDE HDDs. Visit www.asus.com for future BIOS and Express Gate Lite software updates. To install Express Gate Lite on your computer: 1. Place the support DVD to the optical drive. The Drivers installation tab appears if your computer has enabled Autorun feature. 2. Click the Utilities tab, then click ASUS Express Gate Lite Installer. 3. Select the language for installation and click OK. 4. The InstallShield Wizard for Express Gate Lite appears. Click Next to continue. 5. Select the target disk volume for you to install Express Gate Lite. If you have multiple volumes and OS installed in your hard drive, it is recommended to install Express Gate Lite in Volume C. ASUS Express Gate Lite
ASUS Express Gate Lite is an instant-on environment that gives you quick access
to web and Skype. Within a few seconds of powering on your computer, you will
be at the Express Gate Lite menu where you can start the web browser, Skype, or
other Express Gate Lite softwares.
Installing ASUS Express Gate Lite
Due to chipset limitation, ASUS Express Gate Lite supports USB devices
