On a computer, go to http://support.asus.com and input your player's model number and check if there are any newer firmware version available. 2. If a newer firmware version is available, download it into your computer. If the file is compressed, uncompressed it and copy it into a USB flash drive's root menu. 3. Insert the USB flash drive into your player's available USB port. 4. Turn on your player and navigate to Home, then Setup and Other. 5. In the Other menu, select the Firmware Update and press → on your remote control. 6. Follow the onscreen instruction and update the firmware. Warning: Do not turn off your player while the firmware is being updated. If your output source is a HDMI cable, don't switch the output source while updating your firmware. After the firmware is finished updating the player will reboot. The new firmware version will take effect. Online Update 1. Turn on your player and navigate to Home, then Setup and Other. 2. In the Other menu, select the Firmware Update and press → on your remote control. 3. Select the firmware update "Via Internet" and follow the onscreen instruction and update the firmware.

Notes on Discs
Handling Discs
Do not touch the playback side of the disc. Hold the
disc by the edges so that fingerprints do not get on
the surface. Never stick paper or tape on the disc.
Storing Discs
After playing, store the disc in its case. Do not
expose the disc to direct sunlight or sources of heat
and never leave it in a parked car exposed to direct
sunlight.

picture quality and sound distortion. Before playing,

1. On a computer, go to http://support.asus.com

input your player’s model number and check if
there are any newer firmware version available.
2. If a newer firmware version is available, download
it into your computer. If the file is compressed,

3. Insert the USB flash drive into your player’s
available USB port.
4. Turn on your player and navigate to
