Playing audio files ASUS Today gives you quick access to the Windows® Media Player, enabling you to play digital audio files stored on your device or in a storage card. You can listen to audio files through the speaker of your device or through a headset. NOTE: Your device may run low on memory and slow down if you store files on your device. We recommend that you store audio and video files in a storage card. To play an audio file: 1. Tap , then tap the display screen. The Windows® Media Player is launched. 2. Select a file to play from the Library list, a storage card, or from your favorite website. • To select a file from the Library list, tap Menu > Library, then locate the file. • To select a file that is not on the Library list, tap Menu > Open File. • To select a file from your favorite website, tap Menu > Open URL, then key in the web address, or select from the History list. 3. Tap to play your selected audio file. 38

Playing audio files
ASUS Today gives you quick access to the Windows
®
Media Player, enabling you to play digital audio
files stored on your device or in a storage card. You can listen to audio files through the speaker of your
device or through a headset.
NOTE
:
Your device may run low on memory and slow down if you store files on your device. We recommend that
you store audio and video files in a storage card.
To play an audio file:
1. Tap
, then tap the display screen. The Windows
®
Media Player is launched.

Select a file to play from the Library list, a storage card, or from your favorite website.

To select a file from the Library list, tap
Menu
>
Library
, then locate the file.

To select a file that is not on the Library list, tap
Menu
>
Open File
.

To select a file from your favorite website, tap
Menu
>
Open URL
, then key in the web
address, or select from the
History
list.

Tap
to play your selected audio file.
