4. Fan power (3-pin PWR_FAN) Set this jumper to 1-2 (Default) if you are using a 4-pin CPU fan. Set this jumper to 2-3 if you are using a 3-pin CPU fan. CPU fan connector (4-pin CPU_FAN) The fan connector supports the proprietary CPU fan. Connect the fan cable to the fan connector on the motherboard, ensuring that the black wire of each cable matches the ground pin of the connector.
