For Mac OS® Mac OS® users need to install the driver for the Mac® to recognize the new hardware installed. Follow these steps to install the driver: 1. Start up your Mac®. 2. Insert the bundled software CD in the CD drive of your Mac®. 3. Open the folder "ASUS MSC Driver Installer." 4. Double click on the icon "Install ASUS MSC Driver." 5. A window displaying the progress of the installation process appears. Press Stop if you want to abort installation. 6. After all the device drivers are installed in your system, a confirmation box appears. Click OK. You may start using your SCB-2424V-U drive! ASUS SCB-2424V-U external slim combo drive 19
