5.4.2 Chipset The Chipset menu allows you to change the advanced chipset settings. Select an item then press to display the sub-menu. Advanced Chipset Setting WARNING: Setting wrong values in below sections may cause system to malfunction. NorthBridge Configuration Configure North Bridge North Bridge Configuration North Bridge chipset Configuration Memory Remap Feature [Enabled] PCI MMIO Allocation: 4GB To 3328MB DRAM Frequency [Auto] Initiate Graphic Adapter [PEG/PCI] ENABLE: Allow remapping of overlapped PCI memory above the total physical memory. DISABLE: Do not allow remapping of memory Memory Remap Feature [Enabled] Allows you to enable or disable the remapping of overlapped PCI memory above the total physical memory. Enable this option only when you install 64bit operating system. Configuration options: [Enabled] [Disabled] DRAM Frequency [Auto] Allows you to set the memory operating frequency. Configuration options: [Auto] [667 MHz] [800 MHz] [1066 MHz] [1333 MHz] Selecting a very high DRAM frequency may cause the system to become unstable if this happens, revert to the default setting.
