Software Drivers Modem Setup - Manual If you have a problem using your modem and there is an exclamation or question mark on "PCI Modem", you can manually install the driver as follows: Normally, you will get a "Found New Hardware Wizard" as shown on the next step. If not, double click the Network Controller with a question mark in "Device Manager". Select "Install from..." and click Next. Browse to the your Windows version under the "modem" folder and click Next. Click Finish when setup is complete. 37

If you have a problem using your modem and there is an exclamation or question mark on “PCI Modem”,
you can manually install the driver as follows:
Normally, you will get a “Found New Hardware
Wizard” as shown on the next step. If not, double
click the Network Controller with a question mark
in “Device Manager”.
Select “Install from...” and click
Next
