If the latest firmware has been copied to the root directory of your Wireless Duo but it doesn't upgrade automatically, please make sure if the adaptor is connected to your Wireless Duo. 04. A song, video or other file won't play. Please make sure this file format is supported by Wireless Duo or your mobile device. 11. Why is Wi-Fi mode unavailable while connecting to a computer via a USB cable? While connected to your computer, Wireless Duo does not broadcast a wireless signal.
