Intel ® Xeon processor E5-2600 v3 product family also improve the I/O capabilities and support QPI link speed of up to 9.6GT/s. Intel® AVX 2.0 Intel® AVX 2.0 extends 256-bit vector support for integer vector operations, doubles fixed point arithmetic throughput, adds support for new vector gather, permutes/blend, vector shifts resulting in fixed and floating-point algorithm improvements.
