DDR3 memory support The motherboard supports the 4-channel DDR3 memory that features data transfer rates of DDR3 1866 / 1600 / 1333 / 1066 MHz to boost the system's performance, and to meet the higher bandwidth requirements of server and workstation applications. The 4-channel DDR3 architecture also manages traffic with bandwidth of up to 52GB/s, and reduces voltage thus reducing power usage and heat generation. PCI Express® 3.0 PCI Express® 3.0 (PCIe 3.0) is the PCI Express bus standard that provides twice the performance and speed of PCIe 2.0.
