PHONE BOOK SPEED DIAL#'S In idle mode, calls can be placed to numbers stored in speed dial by pressing & holding the location number on the key pad. For a 2-digit location number, press the first number, then press and hold the second number. PHONE BOOK GROUP Allows you to classify phone entries into groups. Existing groups include Family, Friends, Work, Etc. and All. A maximum of seven groups is allowed. 1 Press ADD NEW GROUP [MENU] . 2 To assign a phone number to a location, select the location then press [SET]. l If a phone number is already assigned to the location, press [ERASE] and [OK] to delete. 1 To add a new group, press 2 Press [MENU] A maximum of seven groups is allowed. [OPTIONS] to select "Add Group". . 3 Input a new group name. C H 4 3 Select the entry with the Navigation Key and press . 4 To save, press . CHANGE GROUP NAME • "Unassigned" appears if the location is available. • If a phone number is set as Secret, you will have to enter the password. (Refer to page 76 for password information.) • To call an assigned number, press & hold the last digit of the speed dial #. 1 Select an existing group name with the Navigation Key. 2 Press [OPTIONS] to select "Rename". 4 "Speed dial # X edited" will be displayed.
