To turn TTY mode on or off: 1. Press (Menu) to access the main menu. 2. Select Settings ( ). 3. Select Others ( ). 4. Select TTY Mode ( ). 5. Read the message and press . 6. Select Enable TTY or Disable TTY with the Navigation key. 7. Press to save your TTY setting. Important Notice: Sprint recommends that TTY users make emergency calls by other means, including Telecommunications Relay Services (TRS), analog cellular, and landline communications. Wireless TTY calls to 911 may be corrupted when received by public safety answering points (PSAPs) rendering some communications unintelligible.
