OPERATING YOUR APPLIANCE ? Control Panel FUNCTION SELECTOR KNOB There are three functions: BAKE, BROIL AND TOAST. To switch off the heating elements of oven turn the function selector to the setting position. TIMER SELECTOR KNOB You can set cooking time up to 15 minutes.
