OPERATING YOUR WINE CHILLER It is recommended you install the appliance in a place where the ambient temperature is between 7278 degrees Fahrenheit. If the ambient temperature is above or below recommended temperatures, the performance of the unit may be affected. For example, placing your unit in extreme cold or hot conditions may cause interior temperatures to fluctuate. The range of 40-65 degrees Fahrenheit may not be reached. Your wine chiller is designed to operate with at a range of 40º - 65º F (5 - 18ºC). Recommended Temperatures for Chilling Wine. Red Wines Dry / White Wines 58 - 65 ºF 48 - 57 ºF 14 - 18 ºC 10 - 13 ºC Rose Wines Sparkling Wines 49 - 51 ºF 40 - 47 ºF 9 - 11 ºC 5 - 8 ºC Model: WCF281E3SS - Single Zone Model: WCF282E3SD - Dual Zone ON/OFF Power To turn OFF the appliance, press the Setting the temperature control button and hold 2 seconds. You can select temperature display setting from Fahrenheit to Celsius degree by touching the button. Fahrenheit or Celsius degrees indicator will appear in blue color in the temperature display window. The numbers in the display window will flash. The temperature range of upper zone is 5º-13ºC (40-56ºF) which is suitable for storing sparkling and white wines. 78 degrees Fahrenheit.
If the ambient temperature is above or below recommended temperatures,
the performance of the unit may be affected.
For example, placing your unit in extreme cold or hot
conditions may cause interior temperatures to fluctuate.
The range of 40-65 degrees Fahrenheit may
not be reached.
Your wine chiller is designed to operate with at a range of 40º - 65º F (5 – 18ºC).

You can select temperature display setting from Fahrenheit to Celsius degree by touching the

Fahrenheit or Celsius degrees indicator will appear in blue color in the temperature display
window.
