OPERATING YOUR WINE CHILLER It is recommended you install the appliance in a place where the ambient temperature is between 7278 degrees Fahrenheit. If the ambient temperature is above or below recommended temperatures, the performance of the unit may be affected. For example, placing your unit in extreme cold or hot conditions may cause interior temperatures to fluctuate. The range of 40-65 degrees Fahrenheit may not be reached. Your wine chiller is designed to operate with at a range of 40º - 65º F (5 - 18ºC). Recommended Temperatures for Chilling Wine. Red Wines Dry / White Wines 58 - 65 ºF 48 - 57 ºF 14 - 18 ºC 10 - 13 ºC Rose Wines Sparkling Wines 49 - 51 ºF 40 - 47 ºF 9 - 11 ºC 5 - 8 ºC Model: WCF281E3SS - Single Zone Model: WCF282E3SD - Dual Zone ON/OFF Power To turn OFF the appliance, press the Setting the temperature control button and hold 2 seconds. You can select temperature display setting from Fahrenheit to Celsius degree by touching the button. Fahrenheit or Celsius degrees indicator will appear in blue color in the temperature display window. Model: WCF281E3SS - Single zone - ONLY If you desire to change the temperature, set the temperature as you desire by touching the or button. First press the button. The numbers in the display window will flash. The temperature that you desire to set will increase 1ºF or 1ºC if you touch the button once; on the contrary the temperature will decrease 1ºF or 1ºC if you touch the button once. Model: WCF282E3SD - Dual zone ONLY The temperature range of lower zone is 12º-18ºC (54-65ºF) which is suitable for storing white and red wines. The temperature range of upper zone is 5º-13ºC (40-56ºF) which is suitable for storing sparkling and white wines. If you desire to change the temperature, set the temperature as you desire by touching the or button. Touch the button once to select the lower zone and once more to select the upper zone. The numbers in the display window will flash. The temperature that you desire to set will increase 1ºF or 1ºC if you touch the button once; on the contrary the temperature will decrease 1ºF or 1ºC if you touch the button once. 10
