When Windows has finished loading, the "New Hardware Wizard" will launch and display a window that identifies the Adapter as a "Texas Instruments OHCI Compliant IEEE 1394 Host Controller". 2. When Windows has finished loading, the “New Hardware Wizard” will
launch and display a window that identifies the Adapter as a “Texas
Instruments OHCI Compliant IEEE 1394 Host Controller”.

Select “Automatic search for a better driver”. Click “Next”.

Windows will search its driver database and automatically install the
correct driver. Click “Finish”. You will be prompted to restart your
computer. Click “Yes”. Installation is now complete.

To confirm that the Adapter has been properly installed, open the Windows
“System Properties” window and click the “Device Manager” tab. In the
list of installed devices, click the “+” sign next to the entry for “IEEE 1394
Bus Controller”. You should find an entry for “Texas Instruments OHCI
Compliant IEEE 1394 Host Controller”.
