Troubleshooting Problem Motor not operating Weakened suction power Possible causes Check that the plug is connected to the socket securely Full dust cup Dusty filter(s) Clog in the hard floor tool or hose Power cord cannot be rewound completely Power cord cannot be pulled out Infrared remote control failure Variable suction set to the lowest speed The power cord may pile on one side of the coiler Power cord may be twisted Batteries may be bad Bad infrared connection Vacuum not turning on with remote control The main power switch on the vacuum body was not turned on Remedies Re-plug Empty dust cup Check and clean or replace filters Follow instructions E3 on page 6 for cleaning the hard floor tool.
