Maintenance and care When you are done 1. Make sure unit is unplugged. 2. Use caution, some steam may still come from the nozzle. 3. Empty the water tank. 4. Allow the bottom of the unit to cool before storing. 5. The Micrfiber pad may be machine washed in warm water with mild detergent. Do not use bleach or fabric softener. For best results, air dry. CAUTION: Thermal shock can shatter glass. Before cleaning cold glass surface, carefully warm the surface by directing the steam jet on the glass from a distance of no less than 4 - 6". Troubleshooting Reduced steam or no steam Possible causes Remedies 1. Water tank may be empty 1. Unplug, allow to cool for five minutes and refill with water 2. Siphon tube caught on air valve at the top of the water tank 2. Remove water tank and gently shake it until the siphon tube is freed.
