Troubleshooting Below are some of the issues you may run into. If you don't see the issue you're experiencing below, visit support.BISSELL.com. Problem Possible Cause Filter is in protective plastic bag. Airflow is significantly reduced Fan speed is low. Filter needs to be replaced. Filter is upside down. Filter is upside down. Air purifier is making unusual noise Filter is in protective plastic bag. Filter needs to be replaced. Strange smell coming Filter needs to be replaced. from the air purifier Power outlet is defective. Air purifier will not power ON Power cord is damaged. Filter or back panel is not installed. Remedies Remove filter from plastic bag and reinstall (see page 3). Press the + button to increase fan speed. Replace the filter (see page 6). Check filter orientation. Genuine BISSELL Filter Sticker should be facing down. Check filter orientation. Genuine BISSELL Filter Sticker should be facing down. Remove filter from plastic bag and reinstall (see page 5). Replace the filter (see page 6). Replace the filter (see page 6). Plug the air purifier into a different outlet. Stop using the air purifier and contact Consumer Care. Do not attempt to repair. Reinstall filter and back panel. Note: Any other servicing should be performed by an authorized service representative. 7
