Position Conv Broil Pie Use Through the combined action of the fan and the heat of the central element only, this function is perfect for rapid cooking and cooking au gratin of small quantites of food (particularly meats), by bringing together the dietary advantages of broiling and the even cooking of the fan. The combination of the fan with lower heating and a little of top heating element allows cooking to be completed more rapidly. Perfect for any type of food, but in particular for pie and cakes. Note: When you set the heating function, the oven light in the cooking compartment switches on. Temperature selector Set the temperature using the temperature selector. Timer You can control your oven with the timer. This way you can select the time at which the oven should switch on or at which the timer should end the baking or cooking process.
