Operating the Dishwasher Start the dishwasher: 1 Press the On/Off button. 2 Select a cycle and desired option if applicable. 3 Cycle will begin. Delay start: 1 Press the On/Off button. 2 Select a cycle. 3 Press and hold the Delay Start button. Release when the desired delay time is shown in the display window. 4 Cycle will begin. Cancel a cycle: 1 Press and hold the two Cancel/Reset buttons for 3 seconds. 2 Wait about 1 minute while the dishwasher drains. 3 Press the On/Off button. You may now start a new cycle. WARNING You could be seriously scalded if you allow hot water to splash out of the dishwasher. OPEN THE DOOR CAREFULLY during any wash or rinse cycle. Do not fully open the door until water noises have stopped. Interrupt a cycle: 1 Press the On/Off button to turn the unit off. 2 Wait at least 10 seconds before fully opening the dishwasher door. 3 To resume the cycle, close the door and press the On/Off button. Extra Dry Heat: 1 Press and hold the left of the two Cancel/Reset buttons, then press and hold the On/Off button. 2 When the LED display window indicates a "0" or "1" release both buttons. 3 To activate Extra Dry Heat, press the left of the two Cancel/Reset buttons until the display indicates "1". 4 To disable Extra Dry Heat, press the "left of the two Cancel/Reset buttons until the display indi- cates "0". 5 Press the On/Off button to save the setting. Child Lock: (model dependent) The child lock feature allows you to disable the dishwasher control panel to prevent accidental program changes. To activate or deactivate, press and hold the button labeled "Child Lock" for 4 seconds. 14

Start the dishwasher:
