Color change the machine to the furthest needle to the left. Apply black grease (BR2) to the groove of the cam and bevel gears. Apply grease lightly since excess grease may contaminate the color change sensor on some models. Color Change Linear Rail 1. Color change the machine to needle 1. Apply white grease (30) to the two grooves on the left side of the linear rail. Color change the machine to the furthest needle to the left to get to the other side of the linear rail and grease on that side as well. 2. Apply black grease (BR2) to the roller bearings. Apply grease lightly since excess grease may contaminate the color change sensor on some models. Color change the machine to needle 1 to get to the last 3 to 4 roller bearings on the other side. 4 9/1/05
