Needle punch setting (for BE-0901E-AC/1201B-AC only) The followings describe how to set needle punches from Variomatic. ■ Keep the presser foot down when moving a needle equipped with a needle punch. ■ Needles for which the needle punch mode is designated have the following restrictions: ・ If the designated needle is selected in the sewing, the needle will be moved to the same position with the boring mode's. The needle will return to its original position if other needle is selected. ・ The thread trimming detection will be disabled. ・ The thread trimming action will be disabled regardless whether in sewing or on standby. ■ Those settings will be retained after turning off the machine. 1. Press 2. Choose twice. with keys. 3. Press . 4. Choose valid or invalid for the needle punch mode with keys. 5. Press to set the needle number section for the needle punch. Up to the maximum needle number can be set. The above shows an example of setting No. 1 to 3 needle bars for the needle punch. 6. Press . The modified setting is now restored and the previous screen will be shown again. Press to cancel the modification. E-6

Needle punch setting
(for BE-0901E-AC/1201B-AC only)
The followings describe how to set needle punches from Variomatic.
■
Keep the presser foot down when moving a needle equipped with a needle punch.
■
Needles for which the needle punch mode is designated have the following restrictions:
・
If the designated needle is selected in the sewing, the needle will be moved to the same position with
the boring mode²s. The needle will return to its original position if other needle is selected.
・
The thread trimming detection will be disabled.
・
The thread trimming action will be disabled regardless whether in sewing or on standby.

Those settings will be retained after turning off the machine.

to set the needle number section for the needle punch.
Up to the maximum needle number can be set.
