PREPARATION MOUNTING LENS COVER When moving this projector or when it is not used for an extended period, replace Lens Cover. Before replacing Lens Cover, be sure to turn the projector off and disconnect AC Power cord from an AC outlet. 1 Secure Strap for Lens Cover through a hole of Lens Cover. 2 Turn projector upside down and secure Strap for Lens Cover to a hole on the bottom of projector with a screw. LENS COVER MOVING PROJECTOR Use Carry Handle when moving a projector. When moving a projector, replace Lens Cover and retract Adjustable Feet to prevent damage to the lens and cabinet. When a projector is not in use for an extended period, put it into the case (carrying bag) supplied with a projector. CAUTION Carrying Bag (supplied) is intended for protection from dust and scratches on the surface of a cabinet, and it is not designed to protect an appliance from external forces. Do not transport a projector through a courier or transport services with this bag. The projector can be damaged. When handling a projector, do not drop, bump, subject it to strong forces or put other things on the cabinet. STRAP FOR LENS COVER Secure to the hole with a screw. CAUTION IN CARRYING OR TRANSPORTING THE PROJECTOR q Do not drop or bump a projector, otherwise damages or malfunctions may result. q When carrying a projector, use a suitable carrying case. q Do not transport a projector by using a courier or transport service in an unsuitable transport case. This may cause damage to a projector. To transport a projector through a courier or transport service, consult your dealer for best way. 10
