Error Codes Error No. Countermeasures If there is a problem with the camera, an error message appears. Follow the onscreen instructions. To recover from the error screen, turn the power switch and , or remove and reinstall the battery. If error 02 (Card problem) is displayed, remove and reinstall the card or format the card. This may resolve the problem. If the same error keeps appearing, there may be a problem. Write down the error code and consult your nearest Canon Service Center.
