Super Range Optical Image Stabilizer With the powerful Super Range Optical Image Stabilizer, you'll never have to worry about blurred videos. By shifting the lens to change the path of incoming light, the effects of a wide range of shaking can be easily corrected. This includes the gentle shaking that occurs while handholding the camcorder, to high-speed vibrations generated when shooting from a moving vehicle. Instant AF Despite the higher requirements of HD, precise focusing is easily attained thanks to the Instant AF system. Combining an external AF sensor with Canon's autofocus system, this hybrid AF system ensures accurate focus even when shooting at night or with slow shutter speeds. 25p Cinema Mode Lend your videos a cinematic look during recording with the Cinema Mode feature. It uses the frame rate (PAL: 25P / NTSC: 24P) adopted by professional filmmakers to add a touch of sophistication to your work. A CINE AE mode is also available to give your videos a traditional celluloid film appearance without changing the frame rate.
