Removing AirPrint Printer That Is No Longer Required from List of Printers AirPrint printer that is no longer in use can be removed from the list of printers. Before removing AirPrint printer, remove the cable connecting the printer and PC. You cannot remove the AirPrint printer if not logged in as the administrator. For information about an administrative user, refer to the user's manual for the Mac OS. 1. Open System Preferences, and select Printers & Scanners 2. Delete AirPrint printer from list of printers Select the AirPrint printer you wish to remove from the list of printers and click -. Click Delete Printer when the confirmation message appears. 197

Removing AirPrint Printer That Is No Longer Required from List of
Printers
AirPrint printer that is no longer in use can be removed from the list of printers.
Before removing AirPrint printer, remove the cable connecting the printer and PC.
You cannot remove the AirPrint printer if not logged in as the administrator. For information about an

System Preferences

Printers & Scanners
2.
Delete AirPrint printer from list of printers
Select the AirPrint printer you wish to remove from the list of printers and click

Click
Delete Printer
when the confirmation message appears.
