Battery Batteries consumed quickly. Batteries are not the right type. z Use only unused AA-size alkaline batteries or Canon AA-size NiMH batteries (p. 96). Battery terminals are dirty. z Wipe the terminals well with a dry cloth before use. z Reload the batteries several times.
