Using the AC Adapter Kit (Sold Separately) You are advised to use AC Adapter Kit ACK-DC20* (sold separately) for long periods of use and when connecting to a computer or printer. * Consists of Compact Power Adapter CA-PS700, DC Coupler DR-20 and DR700 (Not available on the PowerShot S80) and a power cord. 1 Attach the power cord to the compact power adapter (a) and plug it into a power outlet (b). Plug in the power cord firmly as far as it will go. Compact Power Adapter CA-PS700 Connect to Power Supply 2 Connect the DC plug of the compact power adapter cable to the DC Coupler DR-20 terminal. DC Coupler DR-20 3 Open the memory card slot/battery cover, then insert the DC Coupler until it is locked. 128 Battery lock
