Troubleshooting Print Head Holder Does Not Move to the Centre s Ensure the printer is turned on. The print head holder will not move unless the power is on. If the POWER lamp is off, close the front cover and turn the power on. If the POWER lamp is flashing green, the printer is initialising. When the POWER lamp stops flashing, open the front cover again. s If the front cover has been left open for a while, close and reopen it. If the front cover is left open for more than 10 minutes, the print head holder moves to the right to prevent the print head from drying out. Print Head Holder Does Not Move to the Centre

Ensure the printer is turned on.
The print head holder will not move unless the power is on. If the POWER lamp is off,
close the front cover and turn the power on.
If the POWER lamp is flashing green, the printer is initialising.
When the POWER lamp stops flashing, open the front cover again.

If the front cover has been left open for a while, close and reopen it.
If the front cover is left open for more than 10 minutes, the print head holder moves to the
right to prevent the print head from drying out. Close and reopen the front cover to return
the holder to the centre.
