Download from the Microsoft Download Center or install the bundled RM-Lite Viewer to install .NET Framework 3.5.
.NET Framework 3.5 will be installed. If the RM-Lite Viewer is installed on a PC from which it will not be used, uninstall
the RM-Lite Viewer from that PC. .NET Framework 3.5 can continue to be used.
