HTTP Error Codes Code 401 Error Messages Unauthorized 403 Forbidden 500 Internal Server Error 503 Service Unavailable Possible Cause The user name and password for connecting to the camera is incorrect. A connection cannot be established due to an IP address restriction on the camera. This may also be returned by a proxy server. Occurs when the HTTP server is running but the Storage Server is not launched. It may also occur during normal operation if the camera is restarted.
