Assigning IP Addresses According to a Camera Specification File Creating a Camera Specification File The information of the list of cameras detected with this tool can be saved as a camera specification file. This file describes the association between the IP addresses assigned to cameras and the MAC addresses of those cameras. Create a camera specification file for assigning IP addresses by detecting the cameras with this tool, saving the information as a camera specification file without assigning IP addresses, and then editing the information in that file. 1 Save a camera specification file (P. 46). 2 Edit a camera specification file (P. 48). Edit the IPv4 address parts of the items described in the camera specification file. 37
