Network Settings (CR-150N/120N only) Network settings can be configured in the settings screen of this scanner. NOTE [IP Address] This is an identifier assigned to each computer, network device, and other devices that are connected to the network. [DHCP] Automatically assigns an IP address to a computer connecting to the network. [Subnet Mask] The value specifies the range of the network. [Default Gateway] The address of the device required to send data to an IP address on a different network. [MAC Address] A unique fixed number (physical address) assigned to all network devices (hardware). A Click the Start button, and then click [All Programs], [Canon CR-150] or [Canon CR-120], and [Canon imageFORMULA Utility]. imageFORMULA Utility starts. B Click [CANON CR-150 (or CR-120) USB] and click [Properties]. Scanner properties are displayed. imageFORMULA Utility The imageFORMULA Utility network settings are displayed when the scanner and the computer are connected via USB. IMPORTANT Log On to Windows as an Administrator. 34
