Making Copies in the Vocal Mode 1 G If the machine requires a control card to begin machine operations: ❑ Insert a control card into the optional Card Reader. The Main Menu screen is displayed. 3 G If Department ID Management is set: The message is displayed. IIMMPPOORRTTAANNTT •The Department ID and password cannot be entered using voice recognition. Please seek assistance, or use the Manual and Vocal mode.
