Loosenthumbscrew(B) onSlow Motion Cableand slideontoAltitudeShaft.Tighten thumbscrew(B) to flat notchon shaft. 5. Removerubbercap on AzimuthShaft(A). Loosenthumbscrew(B) onSlow Motion Cableand slideontoAzimuthShaft.Tighten thumbscrew(B) to flat notchon shaft. 6. Pulldownsecuringknobandcontinueto slideOTASaddlePlateuntilit is flushwith edgeof mount. 6. 7. To attachFinderscope,removeThumbscrews on OTAand placeFinderscopeonto mounting screws.Reattachthumbscrewsand tighten to secure. 8. Loosenthumbscrewon FocuserDraw Tube(A), removedustcoversand slide ErectingPrism(B) intodrawtube. Tightenthumbscrew(A)to secure. 2

Extend
Tripod
legs to widest position.
2.
Open lock tabs on legs and pull legs down to

Loosen
Tripod Knob.
Attach
Alt-Az Moun
Gentlypush downtripod bracesand
desiredheight.Close lock tabs to secure.
to
Tripod.
Tighten
Tripod Knob
to secure.
tighten lock knob.

Remove
rubbercap on
AltitudeShaft (A).
5.
Remove
rubbercap on
AzimuthShaft (A).
6.
Pull down
securingknob
and continue
to
Loosen
thumbscrew
(B) on Slow Motion
Loosen
thumbscrew
(B) on Slow Motion
slide
OTASaddle Plate
until it is flush with
Cable
and slide onto AltitudeShaft.Tighten
Cable
and slide ontoAzimuthShaft.Tighten
edge of mount.

to flat notchon shaft.

to flat notchon shaft.

Finderscope,
remove
Thumbscrews

Loosen
thumbscrew
on
FocuserDraw
on OTA
and place Finderscope
onto mounting
Tube(A),
remove
dust coversand slide
screws.Reattach
thumbscrews
and tighten
ErectingPrism(B)
into draw tube.
to secure.
Tighten
thumbscrew
(A)
to secure.
