If you do not have an owner's manual, call USA 1-877-424-4226 to receive one. • Never leave your child unattended in or near this product. Keep your child in view at all times. • Do not use on glass, crystal, or similar table surfaces. Do not use on tables with rough or uneven surfaces. Do not use on tables with a single leg, card tables, or camping tables. Do not use on table extensions or table leaves. • Do not use the chair on a table that has a tablecloth on it. Be sure to keep the chair and table surfaces clean and dry. • The table top must be at least ¾ in. (19 mm.) thick and no more than 1½ in. (38 mm.) thick. • Do not place an ordinary chair under the seat or attach the seat where your child can use his/her feet to push against the table, chairs, or other objects. This can cause the seat to shift or lift up and become unstable. • Do not hang objects on the seat that could cause the seat to become unstable. • Do not attach or detach the chair when your child is in it. • Do not allow children or animals to play near or walk under the chair while it is in use. • Ensure that the table is stable before and after you place your child in the chair. • When the chair is attached to the table, ensure that the table is secure before placing your child in it. • Do not use if the arms and pins are not securely fastened to the table. • Ensure that your child is secured in the chair at all times with the harness provided. • Before removing your child from the chair, ensure that his/her legs are free of the chair supports. • Stop using this chair if your child can move the chair arms on the table when he/she is in the chair. Your child is ready for this product if: • He/She is at least 6 months old. • He/She weighs less than 37 lbs. (16.8 kgs.). • He/She is able to sit upright without help.
