Q : Why is the Headset suddenly not working? A : (1) The battery may be too low. (2) You may have a poor carrier/cellular signal (3) The connection between Headset and handset may have failed. Turn off and re-turn on both devices. Q : Why could the voice dialing function of the Headset not be switched on? A : (1) Re-record the voice tag using the Bluetooth® Wireless Headset.
