The player does not work
Download failure
Poor sound quality or no sound
Bad FM reception
1. Charge the battery.
2. Check the hold switch.
1. Check to see if the driver is installed correctly on the PC.
2. Check the connection.
3. Check if the memory is full.
4. Check the battery capacity.
1. Check if the quality of the music file is poor, and
download it again.
2. Check if the volume level is at "0 , and check if the
earphones are properly connected.
3. Reformat the player.
1. Adjust the position of the earphones and player.
2. Turn off nearby electric devices.
3. Earphones must be connected because it is used as
antenna.
