TROUBLESHOOTING The sound is distorted. The unit may be positioned too closely to a large appliance (e.g, a TV or refrigerator). If possible, turn the appliance off or move the unit to another location. Ensure that the radio is in broadcast reception range. Decrease the volume level. The remote control doesn't work. Ensure that there are no obstacles between the remote and the player. Point the remote at the remote sensor on the main unit. Strong light (e.g. direct sunlight, fluorescent lights, strobe lights) may interfere with the remote signal. Ensure that the batteries in the remote retain a charge and have been installed correctly. Try replacing the remote's batteries.
