SETUP Audio Setup Use the NAVIGATION buttons to highlight the desired audio selection and press ENTER to confirm. Item Description Options (Default is in Bold) Digital Out1 Analog Out2 Center Rear Subwoofer Sets the player's digital output signal (Optical and Coaxial). For use with 5.1-channel receivers (see your receiver's manual for more details). Sets the player analog output jacks for use with your speaker configuration. When Analog Out is set to "5.1 Channel", these options will be available to turn on or off each of these channels. SPDIF/PCM, SPDIF/RAW, Off 2 Channel, 5.1 Channel On, Off 1. If you are not using the digital optical or coaxial connections, it is recommended that this option be set to OFF to minimize circuit interference. 2. If you are using the included home theater speakers, set this to "5.1 Channel". If you are only using an RCA Stereo Audio connection, set this to "2 Channel". Custom Setup Use the NAVIGATION buttons to highlight the desired Custom Setup selection and press ENTER to confirm. Item Parental Ctrl Password Angle Mark Default Description Options (Default is in Bold) Sets the maturity rating level of the player. The player will not play any discs rated higher than this setting. This setting is password protected (the default password is: 8888). Levels 1 to 8. (8: ADULT is default) Change the Parental Ctrl password. Enter the old password, the new password, and then the new password again to verify. DO NOT FORGET THE PASSWORD; this password cannot be reset. Displays an on-screen prompt whenever an alternate angle becomes available for viewing (press ANGLE to view). On, Off Resets all settings to their factorydefault state. This will not reset the Parental Ctrl password. Read 21
