Replacing a Hard Disk Drive NOTE: The replacement hard drive may not look exactly the same as the original drive due to different manufacturers or models. Replacing a Hard Disk Drive

Slide the replacement hard disk drive into the bay.

Align the screw holes on the side of the hard drive
with the holes marked “HDD” on the bay.

Attach the two screws to secure the hard disk drive to
the bay.

Attach the power and data connectors to the back of
the drive.
