Table 4 Computer Setup-Boot Option Description Boot-time Diagnostic Screen Disables/enables POST diagnostic messages display. 1st Boot Device 2nd Boot Device 3rd Boot Device 4th Boot Device Allows you to specify which device groups will boot first, second, third, and fourth or to disable any of the four: ● Floppy Group ● CD-ROM Group ● Hard Drive Group ● Network Boot Group Floppy Group Boot Priority CD-ROM Group Boot Priority NOTE: MS-DOS drive lettering assignments may not apply after a non-MS-DOS operating system has started. Specifies boot device priority within removable devices. Specifies boot device priority within CD/DVD drives. Hard Drive Group Boot Specifies boot device priority within hard drives. Priority Network Group Boot Priority Specifies boot device priority within bootable network devices. ESC:Boot Menu Disables/enables the Esc key boot menu during POST. F9:Diagnostics Disables/enables the F9 key diagnostics function during POST. F10:Setup Disables/enables the F10 key computer setup function during POST. F11:Recovery Disables/enables the F11 key system recovery function during POST. F12:Boot from LAN Disables/enables the F12 key boot from LAN during POST.
