QUICK REFERENCE GUIDE Hurricane® 1 Peak HP Hand Blender INTRODUCTION Get ready to experience a whole new level of blender versatility. Your Hurricane® 1 Peak HP Hand Blender is a Potato Masher, too. A unique new attachment slips onto the power handle so you don't have to pull out your hand or stand mixer to make perfect mashed potatoes - it only takes seconds! This very powerful hand blender is also supremely multifunctional, with a blending attachment and chef's whisk that attach to the 1 Peak HP motor body housing. V ariable Speed Control Dial: Allows you to select speed and gradually adjust during blending if desired. 2. L ock/Unlock Button: Must be pressed to unlock before power handle will operate. 3. O n/Off Power Button: Allows you to activate the hand blender at the touch of a button after unlocking. Simply unlock, then press and hold down to blend or pulse. Once the button is released, blending will stop. 4. C omfort-Grip Handle: The handle allows you to control the hand blender with ease. 5. M otor Body Housing: Houses the powerful 1 Peak HP motor. 6. B lending Attachment: This attachment easily snaps into the motor body housing. The fixed stainless blade is partially covered by a stainless housing steel blade guard that keeps splashing to a minimum.
