Getting to know your Control Panel Detailed programming and use instructions are on pages 7 and 8. A B C 1 5 6 3 2 D E F 7 4 1. Prog/Auto On Button Select to program Auto On time. Coffeemaker can be programmed to automatically start brewing up to 24 hours in advance. Select to automatically start brewing coffee at the time you've programmed. 2. Hour and Minute Buttons Use to set hours and minutes for time of day, Auto On, and Auto Off time. 3. Digital Clock Display Displays time of day, Auto On, and Auto Off times and brew settings. A. Brewing appears during brewing. B. Regular and Bold Favor Settings REG indicates regular flavor settings. BOLD indicates bold flavor setting. C. 1-4 Cup Setting Indicates 1-4 cup setting. D. Clean Will appear when it is time to decalcify coffeemaker. E. Program Set Icon/Auto On will appear when programming coffeemaker. Both and AUTO will appear when Auto On is set. F. Auto Off/Keeps Warm will appear when Auto Off is set. 4. Brew/Off/Auto Off Use to turn your coffeemaker on and off. Use the Auto off feature to shut off the coffeemaker at a preset time, anywhere from 0 to 4 hours. 5. Self-Clean Setting Indicates time to clean coffeemaker to remove calcium buildup. 6. 1-4 Cup Setting Improves extraction, flavor and temperature when brewing fewer than 5 cups. 7. Strength Selector Regular and Bold buttons let you choose the intensity of coffee flavor you prefer. 8. Audible Tone (not shown) A tone sounds 5 times when brew cycle is complete (coffee may continue to stream from the filter for a few seconds after tone). 6
