4 Configuration D-Link DXS-1210 Series User Manual System > Time and SNTP > SNTP Settings The SNTP Settings page allows you to configure the time settings for the Switch. Figure 4.37 - System > Time and SNTP > SNTP Settings SNTP Global Settings: SNTP State: Select to enable or disable the SNTP state. Poll Interval (30-99999): Enter the poll interval. The value is from 30 to 99999 seconds. The default interval is 720 seconds. Click the Apply button to save your settings. SNTP Server Setting: IPv4 Address: Enter the IPv4 address of the SNTP server which provides the clock synchronization. IPv6 Address: Enter the IPv6 address of the SNTP server which provides the clock synchronization. Click the Apply button to add the SNTP server. System > Time Range The Time Range page allows you to view and configure the time range settings for the Switch. Figure 4.38 - System > Time Range Range Name: Enter a name for the time range. The name can be up to 32 characters long. From Week / To Week: Select the starting and ending days of the week that will be used for this time range. Tick the Daily option to use this time range for every day of the week. Tick the End Week Day option to use this time range from the starting day of the week until the end of the week, which is Sunday. From Time (HH:MM) / To Time (HH:MM): Select the starting and ending time of the day that will be used for this time range. The first drop-down menu selects the hour and the second drop-down menu selects the minute. Click the Apply button to save your settings. Click the Find button to locate a specific entry based on the information entered. 24

The SNTP Settings page allows you to configure the time settings for the Switch.

SNTP Global Settings:
SNTP State:
Select to enable or disable the SNTP state.
Poll Interval (30-99999):
Enter the poll interval. The value is from 30 to 99999 seconds. The default interval
is 720 seconds.
Click the
Apply
button to save your settings.
SNTP Server Setting:
IPv4 Address:
Enter the IPv4 address of the SNTP server which provides the clock synchronization.
IPv6 Address:
Enter the IPv6 address of the SNTP server which provides the clock synchronization.
Click the
Apply
button to add the SNTP server.
System > Time Range
The Time Range page allows you to view and configure the time range settings for the Switch.

Range Name:
Enter a name for the time range. The name can be up to 32 characters long.
From Week / To Week:
Select
the starting and ending days of the week that will be used for this time range.
Tick the
Daily
option to use this time range for every day of the week. Tick the
End Week Day
option to use
this time range from the starting day of the week until the end of the week, which is Sunday.
