You can check your off-air signal level anytime by going to Menu Parental, Fav's & Setup System Setup Sat & Antenna Antenna Setup Edit Off Air Channels Signal Meter You may have to adjust your off-air antenna to get the best signal. Note that it is possible to have a poor signal on your off-air channels, while having a perfect signal on your DIRECTV- delivered satellite channels since these signals are coming from different sources. You may also edit your list of locals to eliminate undesired channels using the Edit Off-Air Channels screen. Antenna Setup Fri 2:57p setup The Guide can display channels received via your off-air antenna. Press SELECT on Initial Setup to populate the list with off-air channels available in your area. Once complete, select Edit Off-Air Channels to edit the list for display. To start over (if this receiver moves with you to a new city). select Reset Settings to clear the list of off-air channels, then repeat the initial setup process.
