Getting To Know Your Coffee System Interior A Brewing Unit Door B Milk Foam Adjustment Knob C Piston Assembly D Coffee and Milk Dispenser E Coffee Grinder Adjustment Screw F Used Coffee Ground Bin Open the brewing unit door when you need to clean the inside of your coffee system. You also open it when you need to make certain types of adjustments. Use the milk foam adjustment knob to adjust the consistency of the milk foam produced by the coffee system. The piston assembly is used by the coffee system to help make coffee. It requires occasional cleaning. The coffee dispenser is mounted to the back of the brewing unit door. It requires occasional cleaning. See the Cleaning and Maintenance section. Use the grinder adjustment screw to make the coffee system grind the coffee beans more fine or course. The finer the coffee beans are ground, the stronger the brewed coffee will be. The grinder is adjusted with the adjustment wrench that comes with your unit. The used coffee ground bin catches the used coffee grounds after coffee has been made. It needs to be emptied out occasionally. Use the coffee system cleaning brush to clean the inside of the brewing unit. Use the coffee grinder adjustment wrench to turn the coffee grinder adjustment screw. A spare piston assembly O-ring is provided with the coffee system should the grinder assembly ever require service. Keep it in a safe place in case it is needed at a later date. Used on model CM24T only. A spare water tank O-ring is provided with model CM24T should the O-ring on the water tank wear out. Keep it in a safe place in case it is needed at a later date. Getting To Know Your Coffee System

Brewing Unit Door
Open the brewing unit door when you need to clean the
inside of your coffee system. You also open it when you
need to make certain types of adjustments.
Milk Foam Adjustment Knob
Use the milk foam adjustment knob to adjust the
consistency of the milk foam produced by the coffee
system.
Piston Assembly
The piston assembly is used by the coffee system to
help make coffee. It requires occasional cleaning.
Coffee and Milk Dispenser
The coffee dispenser is mounted to the back of the
brewing unit door. It requires occasional cleaning. See

Cleaning and Maintenance
section.
Coffee Grinder Adjustment Screw
Use the grinder adjustment screw to make the coffee
system grind the coffee beans more fine or course.
The finer the coffee beans are ground, the stronger the
brewed coffee will be. The grinder is adjusted with the
adjustment wrench that comes with your unit.
Used Coffee Ground Bin
The used coffee ground bin catches the used coffee
grounds after coffee has been made. It needs to be
emptied out occasionally.

Use the coffee scoop to poor pre-ground coffee into the
ground coffee chute.
Coffee System Cleaning Brush
Use the coffee system cleaning brush to clean the inside
of the brewing unit.
Coffee Grinder Adjustment Wrench
Use the coffee grinder adjustment wrench to turn the
coffee grinder adjustment screw.
Piston Assembly O-ring (green)
A spare piston assembly O-ring is provided with the
coffee system should the grinder assembly ever require
service. Keep it in a safe place in case it is needed at a
later date.
Water Tank O-ring (orange)
Used on model CM24T only. A spare water tank O-ring
is provided with model CM24T should the O-ring on the
water tank wear out. Keep it in a safe place in case it is
needed at a later date.
Regulator Kit
Used with model CM24P only. The installer uses this kit
to connect the coffee system to the household water
supply.
