The fan forces heat and smoke into the duct system which vents to the outside. The filter and the lights are located on the bottom of the hood. B CONTROL PANEL - Use the keys on the control panel to control your hood's various features. E MAIN POWER SWITCH - The main power switch allows you to turn off power to the hood for safety during maintenance. NOTE: When power is turned on, or after power is restored after a power failure, the control panel lights with flash for a few seconds as the control panel circuit starts up. C FILTER - Prevents grease and grime from getting into the fan(s). The number of filters depends on the model. See the table below. ON OFF D LIGHTS - 75 Watt halogen lights. The number of lights and location depends on the model. See the table below.
